Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive to get your icy pieces to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and pack your order.

Estimated Shipping (North America): Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Customs & Imports: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, here is how we can help:

Standard Items (Clothing & Accessories) We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

How to Start: Email us at theicybxtch@gmail.com to request a return.

Shipping: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Body Jewelry (Belly Rings, etc.) For hygiene and safety reasons, all body jewelry is FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have been shipped.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong thing, contact us immediately at theicybxtch@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If cleared, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval and you haven't seen your refund, please reach out to us.
